Removing a background on iPhone without an app
You do not need to install an app. Open the page in your iPhone browser, choose a photo from your library or take one, and the tool cuts out the subject on your device. The result can be a transparent PNG or a JPG with a plain colour behind it.
Tips for a clean cutout: use a photo with a clear subject on a plain background, good light and no heavy shadows. Fine hair, glass and busy backgrounds are harder for any automatic tool, so use the Restore and Erase brush to fix small mistakes.
If the photo is HEIC and does not open, convert it with the HEIC to JPG tool first. The cutout runs through a model in the browser, so older iPhones can take longer.
