Merging pictures into a single PDF
A multi-page PDF is easier to send, upload and print than a folder of photos. Each picture is placed on its own page, centred and scaled to fit without stretching.
Typical uses: scanned ID cards and certificates, bills and receipts, homework pages, application documents and photo albums.
Tips: take each page straight-on in good light, crop the edges first, and put the pictures in the right order before you press Create PDF. If a portal limits the file size, choose the Small file quality or compress the pictures first.

Questions
How do I merge images into one PDF?
Add all your pictures, reorder them with the ▲ ▼ buttons, choose a page size and press Create PDF. Each picture becomes one page of a single PDF.
Can I merge PDF files with this tool?
No. This tool combines pictures (JPG, PNG, WebP) into one PDF. It does not merge existing PDF files.
Can I change the page order?
Yes. Use ▲ and ▼ next to each picture to move it, and ✕ to remove it before you create the PDF.
Is there a limit on the number of images?
There is no limit set by a server, because everything runs in your browser. Very many large photos can be slow on an older phone, so use the Small file quality for long documents.
How do I make the merged PDF smaller?
Choose the Small file quality, or compress the pictures first with the 200KB tool.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The PDF is built inside your browser, so your pictures never leave your device.
