How to use it
- Choose a PDF file, or drop it into the box.
- Pick the quality. Standard (150 dpi) is good for most uses; choose Print (300 dpi) for sharp text.
- Download each page as a PNG image, or press "Download all as ZIP".
About PDF to PNG
Each PDF page is drawn onto a white canvas at the quality you choose and saved as a PNG image. Text, photos and vector graphics are all rendered.
Typical uses: sending one page of a contract as a picture, uploading a document to a site that only accepts images, and putting pages into a slide deck.
Because everything runs on your device, private documents stay private. If an image is too large for a form afterwards, use the compress tool.
Questions
How do I convert a PDF to PNG?
Choose your PDF, pick the quality and wait a moment. Each page becomes its own PNG image that you can download, or download all pages as one ZIP.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is read and drawn inside your browser, so your document never leaves your device.
Is there a page limit?
The tool converts up to 60 pages at a time. For longer documents, split the PDF first.
Why choose PNG?
PNG is lossless and keeps text and line art crisp. If you want smaller files, use the PDF to JPG tool instead.
